Tuesday we stayed close to home because we had tickets to “Dear Evan Hansen” at night. Or, I thought we did our tickets were for Wednesday. Wednesday morning we took the Roosevelt Island Tram to Roosevelt Island. I loved this, we walked along the river for over a mile to the tip of the island to take pictures with a lighthouse and then returned to the subway to go to Brooklyn for a tour of the Greenwood Cemetery and trying to get back in time for the play. We had trouble finding the inter ace to the cemetery and had to use Lyft to get a ride in time for our tour. The tour guide wasn’t really good but we achieved our goal of seeing Battle Hill from the Revolutionary war and a drive through of the cemetery. I was anxious about getting back in time for our play but we did. We both enjoyed the play.
