Wednesday was to be day 3 of the Freedom trail but not so good. Jeff had to be back by 3:30 to do his Spanish tutoring and I was trying to get too much in before then. We went to Fort Greene Park in Brooklyn and all went well the memorial is to prisoners of war, many that were held on prison ships in unthinkable circumstances. It was beautiful. We then left for Prospect Park where there was a battle sight and an Old Stone house. We
had to walk a mine from the subway stop to the park and then spent so much time wandering around looking for the marker and was unable to find it and we were both on edge. Needless to say that was the end of the day.
