Hartford

We had planned a trip to Hartford CT with the missionaries for Friday.  We were to attend a session and then have an Wilford Woodruff experts show us sight relating to him and tell us about him and head back about 3:00 to be home at 5;30 to 6;00.  Becca got us tickets for 8:00, to see the stage play “Beautiful” about Carol King.  I was a little anxious about the time because I didn’t want to miss the play but thought that 2 hours leeway was enough.  We got lost getting to the temple and barely made the session, we went to lunch and it took longer than allowed.  Then the expert talked on and on and wanted to drive all over the area to show us places that something once was.  About 3:30 Jeff said something to our leader and when he did a few others did but we still didn’t get away until after 4:00. I was really getting anxious but we did make it back a few minutes ago 7 and made it to the play. What a wonderful day.  Obviously we took the next day off.
