Darien New Jersey

We have been so busy that I will need to do several posts.  On August 26 we went to Weehawken New Jersey to have lunch with our Friday Temple Coordinator Sister Murphy.  Her home was one of the most amazing houses I’ve seen.   It is in Darien where the average home is in the millions and there is at least one that is $80 million.  Her’s was amazing.   It was three stories with a swimming pool and acreage.  Her husband said that the often host weddings on their properties.  The heart of the house was the kitchen and family room.  There was also a dining room a library, a sewing room, and a reading room on the main floor.  The lower level had a movie room, gift wrapping room, play room/family room, and an exercise room.  The bedrooms were upstairs and we didn’t go up there.  Lunch was delicious and she prepared everything herself.
